All pieces are packed fully safe of breaking in adequate package (a lot of paper and bubble wrap) and marked with a "fragile" sticker.
- What is your refund policy
We refund only on goods damaged in transport. As long porcelain is fragile it can happen it breaks in transport. Although we pack it well and always put a "fragile" sign it happens. As of November 2016 we had only one case of a piece broken in transport..
Just send us photo of a broken piece and a photo proving that is the day of delivery and you can opt for full refund or a new piece sent at our expense.
- Can I order custom made pieces?
Yes, of course and we love such orders. Please add 10-21 days for manufacturing, depending on type of your request. For custom made pieces please add 30% on the initial price of a piece.
If you would like to order a piece that is out of stock or number of pieces that exceeds our stock please add 10-21 days for production and in that case no extra fee is added.

- Are ReArt porcelain pieces dishwasher, oven and microwave friendly?
All pieces are dishwasher and oven friendly. If metal is applied then don't use it in a microwave.

Feel free to contact us via e-mail or the Facebook messenger (click the buttons below) for the offer of nice and elegant boxes since we have a good cooperation with a local manufacturer that offers cylinder or square boxes, fine cardboard or even plush covered. The price of packaging is not included in this case.
